5th Annual Community Healthy Lifestyle Fair

Join Downstate Physicians for the 5th Annual Community Healthy Lifestyle Fair on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at 445 Lenox Road (at Brooklyn Avenue). This free, family-friendly community event will feature health screenings, healthy lifestyle and medicine resources, cooking demonstrations, movement activities, raffles, giveaways, and dedicated Men’s, Women’s, Children’s, and Older Adults Pavilions. Bring the whole family for a day focused on health, wellness, education, and community engagement. Some screenings may require presentation of an insurance card.
