Statewide Summit on Addressing Sepsis Across the Continuum

This summit is being graciously hosted by the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in Albany, NY. Partnering to coordinate are ACPHS, the Home Care Association of NYS (HCANYS), Sepsis Alliance, END SEPSIS, IPRO, the Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS), Statewide Senior Action Council – and additional organizations who are joining us daily.
